GTM AppLab is built by jolved. — a team that turns complex B2B workflows into composable, AI-powered platforms. The suite emerged from a simple observation: every go-to-market team is running the same loop (strategy → launch → demand) on twelve different tools, with no memory between turns. We built one nervous system for the loop.
The thesis
Strategy, launches, and demand are one workflow — not three.
Every category leader figures out the same thing eventually: their best decisions come from connecting the loop. Strategy informs what launches. Launches generate demand. Demand teaches strategy. Most companies break that loop by silo-ing the work into different tools, different teams, different data models. We rebuilt it as one.
What we believe

Skills, not features.
Features are static. Skills are composable, configurable, and inspectable. Tune them. Override them. Chain them. We expose the engine.
AI-native, not AI-bolted.
AI lives in the data model — scoring, generating, analyzing, personalizing — not in a chat sidebar bolted onto a CRM.
One data model per domain.
Strategy, launches, and demand each have a real domain model. No silos. Data flows forward. Context accumulates.
How we build
With Claude Code as a core part of the workflow.
We're a small team building a platform with hundreds of components and thousands of lines of skill instructions. Working with Claude Code lets us move at the speed required to ship a multi-app suite without compromising on care. Architecture is human. Product judgment is human. The yardage between an idea and a working migration is collaborative.
